Sweet Fern 🌿🤍

This girl is just EASY. Calm, laid-back, sweet as can be and perfectly happy being toted around like a baby. 😂 She loves attention without being needy, is very treat motivated and is always one of the first to mand when treats come out.

I truly think Fern could fit into just about any family: young kids, older kids, or no kids at all. She just has that sweet, go-with-the-flow personality that makes her so easy to love.

Fern is looking for her family. 🤍

Lagniappe “Lainey” is a Louisiana girl through and through. Her name means “a little something extra,” and goodness, that feels pretty perfect for her. Her roots trace back to the same little corner of Louisiana near Lainey Wilson’s hometown, and she is a 4th-generation Boxwood Doodles girl, carrying forward a legacy and heritage that means so much to me.

Today has been a full one… sending puppies home, soaking up those bittersweet goodbyes, and doing everything we can to love on and support the Smart family through these rough times. Please watch the Love for Lillian page on Facebook for updates and keep this precious family in your prayers. 🩵🤍

This weekend, I’ll finally be sitting down and going through applications for this amazing girl’s guardian home. We are going to be very particular about where Lainey lands. She’s staying right here in the Boxwood family, and I’m looking for the kind of home that understands just how special she is.

Our sweet Iris is heading to her new guardian home today. 🌸 You may remember her as Daisy from our flower litter, but as she grows into the Boxwood program, she’ll be known here as Iris… a nod to Louisiana’s state wildflower and a beautiful continuation of a line we love so much.

Iris is a 4th-generation Boxwood Doodles girl, carrying on the legacy of Aria, Bonnie, and Basil. We’re going to miss having her here every day, but giving our dogs the chance to grow up loved by a family of their very own is what makes our guardian program so special. We can’t wait to watch her have her as a future Boxwood mama. 🤍
