Keep this in mind over these hot days coming up!🐾

ATTENTION PET OWNERS: With another round of very hot temperatures ahead, just a reminder that it's not just about the air temperatures. Remember to be vigilant about where you are walking your pets, particularly under direct midday sunlight. Asphalt and concrete can soar to 140-160°+! That can burn your pups paws if you're not careful. In many parts of the state, temperatures will soar well over 100° this weekend. 🔥🐾🌡️

🐾 Service dog training is about so much more than teaching a dog to sit, stay, or heel. At Hi-Line Canine, we take the responsibility of training future service dogs seriously—while making learning fun and rewarding for every dog!

Our training doesn’t stop in the classroom. We take our dogs out into the real world for public access training, exposing them to a variety of environments, people, sounds, and everyday situations they’ll encounter while working. From stores and parks to busy sidewalks and other public places (like getting our oil changed, pictured below) we’re building confidence, reliability, and good manners every step of the way.

A well-trained service dog isn’t just obedient—it’s calm, focused, and prepared to support its handler wherever life takes them. We’re proud to help create those dependable partners, one outing at a time. ❤️🐕‍🦺

🐾 Obedience & Manners 101 – 4-Week Group Class 🐾

Ready to build a better relationship with your dog? Join me for Obedience & Manners 101, a fun and supportive 4-week group class where you’ll learn the foundation skills every dog needs!

Over the course of four 1-hour classes, we’ll work on basic obedience, good manners, socialization, focus, and practical skills to help you and your dog succeed at home and in everyday life.

📅 Class Dates:
🐶 July 13th – 5:30 PM
🐶 July 20th – 5:30 PM
🐶 August 3rd – 5:30 PM
🐶 August 10th – 5:30 PM

⏰ Class Length: 1 hour each week
📍 Location: Hospital Park, Havre, MT
💲 Cost: $350 for the full 4-week course

Requirements:
✔️ Dogs must be at least 3 months of age.
✔️ Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations, (kennel cough included).

Whether you’re starting with a new puppy or have an older dog that could use a refresher, this class is a great way to build confidence, strengthen your bond, and have fun training together!

The sunshine is finally here, and there’s no better time to get out and work with your dog! ☀️🐾

Warmer weather means more opportunities for walks, training outings, patio visits, hikes, and building confidence in new environments. Training doesn’t just happen at home — real-world exposure helps dogs learn how to stay focused, calm, and well-mannered no matter where life takes you.

Whether your dog needs help with leash walking, focus around distractions, or overall manners, now is the perfect time to take advantage of the beautiful weather and start building those skills!

🐾 Boomer is officially checked in for his 2-week Board & Train! 🐾

This handsome guy is working on leash manners, building better focus and control, and learning how to be a well-mannered companion at home. 🐶

He’s off to a great start and already showing me he’s eager to learn! 👏

Can’t wait to show you his progress over the next couple weeks—stay tuned! 💙

Happy Wednesday!

Just wanting to let everyone know that I am not taking dogs the weekend of March 13th-15th, and I am fully booked March 26th-30th for any board and trains.

With that, I'd like to say a big THANK YOU to everyone that keeps supporting me and is keeping me busy every week and weekend with private sessions, day trainings, board and trains, and phone consults! I appreciate you all! 🐾💕
