Our sweet boy Leo at 4 months old! This was on National Dog Day 6 years ago and popped up in my memories! I love it!

We are lucky enough to have one puppy family close by. I offered to dog sit if they go out of town. So, we get to spend the weekend with Diamond!!! So much fun!

Happy 1st Birthday Maggie! A note from her family: Maggie is a giant chicken but she is best friends with our older smaller dog Coal he is a Cockapoo she sleeps in the bed with us she loves bones more than other toys. She thinks she is little so she lays right on top of me she really enjoys seeing new people. She lays in my seat when I’m gone and she lays in my wife’s seat when she’s gone I have to go to Denver for 2 weeks next month for work and I dont think she is going to make it. She is a giant teddy bear and her coat is slowly turning into white like her dad. That his her own personal blanket that she uses at bedtime.

Happy first birthday, Lumi! From her family: Lumi loves to be in the middle of kid action. She’s playful and eager to please. She loves big hugs and napping nearby while we cook. We’re not sure what she weighs right now but she outgrew our 70lb newfiedoodle months ago!

Happy 1st Birthday Frodo! A note from his owner: He’s very smart, and knows what im asking him to do often, but doesnt always listen, looking at me with puppy dog eyes. He loves the cold, so he’ll find a cold spot on the ground near an AC vent. He always wants to be out sniffing around, chewing on branches, but he’s really good about not eating random stuff. I haven’t weighed him in a while, but my best estimate is around 110, maybe a little less. Whenever I come back home, he jumps up on the door, looking out the window at me before I come in. He’s almost eye level hahaha.

Happy first birthday Remy! A note from his family: “He is SO SMART-
We have a name (and distinctive voice associated with each one of his toys…and he knows them all!!) One of them is the tug tow that he came home with. We tell him, “that’s a baby toy, that’s for Babies” (in a baby voice).
He has truly lived up to his “pet name”… “Love Bug”
He is so Affectionate… He loves to give his Papa “Love Bug Hugs” and he also loves to hold hands…when cuddling he puts his paw in the palm of Scott’s hand.
He is also extremely sensitive.
He is super Athletic…and freakishly FAST!
He has Messi foot skills (Argentina, soccer ball)
He has a little Elmer Fudd in him (he enjoys chasing bunnies) NOT necessarily our favorite hobby of his 😉
His copper coat has turned mostly beige…his tail is a beautiful flowing PUFF and still shows his baby color.
We’ve always laughed at the way we walks…
We learned that the Saint Bernards feet are like snowshoes (truth!) he powers through snowbanks effortlessly!

Happy 1st Birthday Wrigley! A note from his family: “Wrigley is doing great!! He is still mom’s shadow and follows me around everywhere even up and down the stairs. He loves to be a tripping hazard and will lay right in the middle of any walkway. LOL! He recently discovered his love for tennis balls and loves playing fetch. He thinks he is a lap dog and at roughly 110 pounds, you can imagine how comfortable that is! 😂😂. He loves being around people (especially the kids) and he will stare you down and whine until he is included in whatever activity is going on. He has also recently discovered his bark and has become very protective of his humans and his home. I would say his favorite things are morning neck scratches and his cheese bones.”

Happy 1st birthday Sky! A note from her family: She is terrific! Her current weight is 110. Sky loves to cuddle and likes to believe she is a lapdog. She will sit on you or lean on you when given the chance as she loves being around family. Although she is calm in the house, she’s the complete opposite when she has outside time. She loves running around the yard, playing in the sprinklers, and cooling off in the lake. She loves her food and we have found that she enjoys munching on ice cubes. She’s been trained to sit and wait until we say ‘okay’ before eating. One of her quirks is that she loves to lean up against our legs when we’re petting her. She’s still a very big kisser and is still deserving of the title “kissing queen”.”

Happy 1st Birthday to sweet girl Millie! A note from her family: ICan’t believe she’s turning 1 already! Attached some pictures and videos. She was 86 pounds a month ago, loves the snow and water, and is super cuddly. She is always right by our side. Very interested to hear how her siblings are developing.”
