This dog house is designed to keep your dogs warm through the harsh winters and cool through summer , it is well insulated with 1 1/2 inch insulation foam board sandwiched between two sheets of 3/4 inch pressure treated plywood . It could easily fit a medium or large dog , the dimensions are 48” long , roughly 28” wide , 24” height on the outside and 22” long , 24” wide , 24” height on the inner warm side meaning where the dog will sleep and 27” long , 14” wide , 24” height on the outer hallway before getting to the room . The door openings have been made higher up to avoid losing bedding/straw . The outer entrance opening has been framed with 2x4s to avoid wear and tear on the plywood caused by dog chain . This dog house also comes with a removable lid for easy access to clean and maintenance . This design is very simple but very practical if you are interested in one or more inbox me the price of this sturdy dog house is 500 and it can be done in as quick as a day !

If you’re in Chicago and looking to set up proper chain spots and not exactly sure on how to do it , I am your guy , also wanted to show you all that I have added legs to all my houses to elevate them from the ground helps with keeping them dry and wear and tear they’ll get with time , nice little detail at no extra cost , I personally love the look of it and thought you would too !
