It’s your BFF (Barktown Friday Feature)! Willis is the sweetest King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. I’ve known him as long as I’ve lived in Bloomington and he’s become part of our family. When he stays with us we nick name him Pancake because when his ears lay flat that’s just what he looks like 🤣 We love you Pancake (Willis)!

It’s your BFF (Barktown Friday Feature)! Wheldon, Welly, Wells, handsomest boy! Wheldon is an 8 year old Golden with the best personality. We’ve had the pleasure of having him as a house guest a few times and we never want him to leave 😍 Wheldon has two adorable human siblings as well as one feline. We love you Wheldon!!

It’s your BFF (Barktown Friday Feature)! This is sweet Leo, a rescue from A-Doggo Rescue in Brownsburg, IN. He’s around 8 years old and is living his best life with his (BIG) sister Pearl and owner Shelley. Such a huge personality for such a little guy. We love you Leo!!!!!

It’s your BFF (Barktown Friday Feature)! This week we’ve had the pleasure of kitty sitting this sweet girl, Fig! Figgy is a 4 month old grey tabby that was brought home this summer by her amazing owner Isobel, from a vet clinic where she was working. Fig thinks she’s a dog because she’s been raised by her dog brothers Cubby and Butters (lab/aussie). She also walks on leash with them, and knows sit, come, up, and spin! We love you Figgy Boo!!!!!

It’s your BFF (Barktown Friday Feature)!Meet Scout! Scout is part of a duo we walk Milo and Scout 😍 From his owners: We got Scout as a puppy from the White River Humane Society in Bedford. Based on an Embark test, he is half border collie, half “Indiana Street Dog” (eg, Pitty, Mountain Cur, Bluetick Coonhound mix). I think of it as a “Lady and the Tramp” situation. He loves hiking, chasing squirrels, and getting belly rubs/head scratches. He is extremely patient with his annoying little brother, and can be goaded into wrestling with him most days. He has bounded back completely from two CCL (dog equivalent of the ACL knee ligament) tears in two years — shout out to VCA Advanced Vet Care in Indy! He’s back to his old self, eager to explore the woods and chase his brother.
