Don’t miss your chance to call one of these horses your own 👀🐴

proudly offers two experienced OTTB prospects ready for their next programs: Confronted AKA “Conn” and Indecisive AKA “Gray.”

✨ Conn is a 2020, 16.3hh OTTB gelding already successfully competing through the Novice level. Straightforward in his work and willing to learn, he has the talent, rideability, and mindset to make an exciting upper-level prospect. Conn has the quality to suit a wide range of riders, from a young rider or adult amateur looking for a confident partner to a professional seeking an athletic project for the future.

✨ Gray, known to the Jockey Club as Duppyzapper, is a 2010, 16.1hh grey OTTB with a wealth of experience through the Preliminary level. Forward-thinking and athletic with confidence between the flags, Gray loves having a job and is eager to work. With his proven record and genuine attitude, he would make an excellent partner for a young rider or adult amateur looking to gain mileage and continue progressing with an experienced horse.

Both horses bring solid foundations, quality experience, and plenty to offer their next riders. 🐴✨

You can’t package a horse that doesn’t have impulsion. 🔥

“Package the horse” gets thrown around a lot in jumping, but what does it actually mean? Well, it starts with impulsion. You cannot package a horse that has no energy. First, you create the impulsion. Then you take that energy and organize it into a powerful, adjustable package.

This is especially important after the jump. Remember to land → recover → create impulsion → package → go again. The recovery isn’t just about getting your balance back. It’s about immediately creating the energy you’ll need for the next question.

Don’t confuse packaging with slowing down. Create the power. Then contain it.

If I weren’t sponsored by Nutrena, I’d still be feeding Nutrena. Period. 👏🏼

When you’re feeding horses at this level, “good enough” doesn’t make the cut. I want consistency from the TOP of the bag to the BOTTOM of the bag—and that’s exactly what I get with Nutrena.

No matter when I scoop it, no matter which bag I open, I know exactly what’s going in the feed bucket. Same quality. Same consistency. No surprises.

Sponsorship or not, this is what’s in my feed room.
