“John Doe’s got an itchy butt” is either the worst song ever written or the most relatable song for an urgent care. We’re not qualified to say. We are, however, qualified to treat the itchy butt.

One year ago we opened our doors with a simple goal: offer the best care possible, for pets and their people. Twelve months later, we’re closing for a single day so our team can celebrate what they built.
To our clients — thank you for trusting us with your pets, often on your worst day. To our referring veterinarians and colleagues — thank you for the partnership and for letting us support the care you’ve been giving these patients for years. To our team — none of this works without you. And to the families behind our team, who covered the late nights and missed dinners, thank you.
This first year went better than we ever could have hoped for. We’re closed Tuesday, July 28, and back to regular hours Wednesday the 29th.

Fireworks are one of the most common causes of anxiety in dogs and cats — and the Fourth of July is the single busiest night of the year for lost pets. If your pet trembles, hides, paces, or panics at the sound of fireworks, you are not overreacting by seeking help. Anti-anxiety medication can make the difference between a miserable night and a manageable one.
EPIC Veterinary Urgent Care in Cherry Hill is open on the Fourth of July from 8 AM to 8 PM. Walk-ins are always welcome.

If you want to plan ahead, come in before the holiday so we can evaluate your pet and discuss medication options before the fireworks start. If the Fourth catches you off guard and your pet is in distress, we are here for that too.

No appointment necessary. 815B Haddonfield Road, Cherry Hill, NJ.

Every doctor has their thing. Dr. Volk’s is... this.
When you’ve done as many spays and neuters as she has, the instruments just become an extension of your hands. Is it necessary? No. Is it incredibly cool? Also no. (Okay, maybe a little.)
Walk-in urgent care, 7 days a week. 8am-8pm. The cowboy hat is optional.

An EPIC haiku:Spring blooms fill the house. Lilies everywhere we look. Watch out kitty cat!
If your cat gets into lilies — don’t wait. Don’t Google it. Bring them in.
Every part of the plant is toxic. The petals. The leaves. The pollen. Even the water in the vase. One sniff can cause kidney failure within 24-72 hours.
We’re open 7 days a week, 8am-8pm. Walk-ins always welcome.

Lilly had expensive taste today. Unfortunately, her mom’s diamond earring didn’t agree with her belly.
X-rays confirmed the bling.
Vomiting was induced. Earring was returned. Owner was grateful. Lilly was completely unbothered.
This is what we do at EPIC — walk-in urgent care for the moments your pet makes questionable (and expensive) decisions.
No appointment needed. Open daily 8am-8pm.

This is Boone and Lis (who is a tech, here at EPIC). Our friend Karen came from to collect blood for MLAH’s emergency bloodbank. Lis brought Boone to work today so he could be a donor. Thank you Boone, Lis and Karen.
