Sometimes progress looks small but can have a big meaning. Getting banjo to be ridden in English tack for the first time. I didn’t get him trotting but when I put my leg on he sped up so that’s still a win in my book. The biggest accomplishment in this session was this picture where he goes up to the bridle a lot better and is softer without being high headed and hollow backed

End of the session…I was able to run the bag on him and move it on the ground in front of him, I call that a good 1hr session!!

2 more days till saddle up horsemanship is up and running! I have availability still in February-April to anyone in michigan if anyone wants to fill a spot depending on weather since it’s been so frigid. I do starting under saddle, ground work like lunging, bitting, and other training exercises for any young or problem horses!
