🐾 FREE Rabies Vaccination Clinic 🐾

Join Cleveland County Animal Services on Saturday, June 20th, 2026, for our FREE Rabies Clinic at Burns High School!

⏰ Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Due to the recent uptick in positive rabies cases across Cleveland County, it is more important than ever to make sure your pets are properly vaccinated. Rabies is a deadly virus that poses a serious risk to both animals and people, and vaccinating your pets is one of the best ways to protect your family and our community.

Rabies vaccinations will be provided FREE of charge to Cleveland County residents. Please remember that rabies vaccinations are required by North Carolina state law for cats, dogs, and ferrets over four months of age.

Please make sure all dogs are on a leash and cats are safely secured in a carrier.

Our company specializes in providing high-level, results-driven training programs with an emphasis on professionalism, structure, client communication, and exceptional care. We work closely with our clients to deliver a premium experience and are looking for someone who reflects those same standards in both their work ethic and handling skills.

Applicants must have previous professional dog training experience and be confident working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, as well as I n group settings. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, composed under pressure, and understands the importance of maintaining a polished and professional client experience at all times. We are open to someone with entry level experience and strong work ethic and passionate about helping dogs. (We do have a structured mentorship and shadow program).

Qualifications:
• Previous professional dog training experience required
• Experience leading group obedience classes preferred
• Strong handling and leash skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities (high priority)
• Professional demeanor and appearance
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability

Preferred experience:
• Board & Train programs
• Group class instruction
• Puppy development and foundation work
• Behavior modification
• Experience in luxury or client-focused service environments (we are a white glove dog training company that caters to every individual client and their lifestyle needs with their dog).

Rosie deserves a HUGE shoutout. 💛

This girl has only been with us for one week, and the breakthroughs we’ve seen over the last few days have been incredible.

Rosie needed a longer decompression period than expected — and honestly, that’s normal sometimes. Real training starts with understanding the dog in front of you, not forcing them into a timeline. That means slowing down when needed, building trust first, and always working at the dog’s pace.

No rushing. No shortcuts. No “quick fixes.”

Because real, lasting training takes time, patience, consistency, and a trainer willing to do things the right way even when it doesn’t make for flashy first-day content.

Anyone can slap tools on a dog the moment they arrive and make it look impressive for social media. But true behavioral change isn’t built in 14 days through pressure and rushed expectations. It’s built through clarity, relationship, and proper foundation work.

A good analogy? You wouldn’t hire a plumber to duct tape a broken pipe and call it repaired. Sure, it may hold for the moment — but eventually someone else has to come clean up the mess and fix the root problem correctly.

That’s why we don’t believe in shortcuts here.

We believe in building dogs from the inside out so the results actually last. And Rosie is proving exactly why that matters. 🐾
