Even Santa kneels at the Cross because Christmas began the story, but Easter finished it. The greatest gift was never found under a tree. It was found on a rugged Cross and in an empty tomb. Because of Jesus, we have hope, forgiveness, and new life.

Today was a beautiful celebration of the life of Jude Sullivan Peters. Since the moment Mrs. Claus worked with his aunt, Ashton, more than 16 years ago and met Hannah, we have always thought the world of her and her family. Like many of you, we followed Jude’s journey on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/prayingforjudesullivanpeters/ worrying about his health, celebrating his recoveries, and rejoicing in his life. Now we mourn with the family over the loss of Jude from this earth, but we rejoice in his victory in heaven. I am so honored to have had even such a small part in his life by being his official Santa. All the pleasure has been mine. And even our very own Easter Bunny was able to visit during Covid. And while the family says we blessed them, it has always been the reverse. Thank you for allowing us to be a small part of Jude’s beautiful story.

Life is a v***r and there is only one way to Heaven and that is through the One True King, the One True Savior, Jesus Christ. Do you know him? If not, I urge you to seek Him out through the Bible and prayer and may we all meet on the golden streets in Heaven with Jude one day.

Our hearts have been grieving since Tuesday. We are heavy as we share that sweet baby Jude has passed. We have been honored to be his Santa for many years, and he will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
Thank you Hannah and family for letting us be a small part of his story. We will miss him deeply.

We are broken beyond belief but our precious Jude is in the loving arms of Jesus. He fought so hard for 11 beautiful years and he finished his race with the same bravery he entered this world with. We will never be the same without our boy in our arms but we will carry him in our hearts forever until the day we are reunited in heaven. Run to Jesus, Juju Bear. Daddy and I will be there soon. We love you. Thank you for being the best boy. Our Brave Little Warrior ♥️ Our Joyful Jude.
