Be sure to keep the furry kids safe

Please take special care over the next few days so that your furry family members are safe and sound.

Remember, if you are planning on a party with lots of people, consider putting your pet in a room where it is quiet and there is no risk of them getting out through an opened front door. So many animals are lost over the holidays.

Halloween is a tough time for some dogs. Doorbells, costumes and candy all make for stress and chaos. Remember the furry kids safety needs this weekend.

Keep them inside and away from the door.
Keep candy and pumpkins out of their reach.
Take costumes off pets when left alone.

Happy August animal lovers! Temps are super warm this coming week as we enter the 'dog days of summer'. Make sure you understand the pavements are also hot and dog pads are not meant to endure those temps. Keep to the grass and shade as much as possible and pay attention to breathing, movements and actions.
