Today at the Hopebuilders 5K, Caroline Winslett, Co-Founder and Executive Director of Ward’s Foundation, along with Board Members Amanda Lanier, Meghan Huff and Joey Norman, proudly presented a $23,000 matching donation in recognition of Team “Care for Rare.”

This incredible team of nearly 75 members and patient families raised over $23,000 supporting the Ward Winslett Center for Rare Diseases at Atrium Health Levine Children’s Hospital. With our match, that’s more than $46,000 raised to advance care for children and families facing rare disease.

Thank you, Team “Care for Rare,” for your passion, generosity, and dedication. Together, we’re building hope and changing lives!
