It’s been a looong time since we’ve posted, and we have such exciting news to share! We have looked for many years for a male Giant Schnauzer to add to our program here, but haven’t been able to find a male with the strong pedigree, clear health tests, and solid temperament that we wanted…until now.
Introducing Int. CH Skansen’s Republican - known around here as simply Max. We were offered a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to take this boy home after he was retired from the show ring, and he has absolutely been everything we never even knew we were missing.💙 He has become my heart dog, so pardon me if I’m a little biased.😉

🚨🚨Can you all take a minute and report this page? 10k followers, and I can only imagine how much money they make from innocent people.😔Never forget that scammers are EVERYWHERE, and they are constantly changing tactics. I just learned that FB now allows you to backdate photos - and here’s a great example of how scammers will use this to look more legitimate. Photos below. Please click the link below and report this page, before they steal any more money!

Meet Benji! He is Toby’s (current puppy) Dad, and the newest addition to our family here. Benji is a 21lb AKC Moyen apricot Poodle. Benji is, just like Momma Elsa, health-tested and completely clear. His fun and loving personality, along with his quick intelligence and no-shed, hypoallergenic coat make him the perfect complement to our Elsa girl! We have fallen completely in love with this guy, and are so glad he’s a part of the family. His favorite things are balls, snacks, and playing tag with Charley the cat.💙

Meet Toby.💙 Momma Elsa has given us the most perfect, curly little pup.💙 We have absolutely fallen in love with him, and have been very seriously considering keeping him, which is why we haven’t posted any announcements here on the page, but…realistically, we aren’t in a place to add a new puppy to the mix just yet. So, we are so happy and proud to present to you all: our handsome, curly, spunky, sweet Toby!💙 He is 10 weeks old tomorrow, current on vaccinations, microchipped, cleared by our vet today, and ready to go home anytime! Located in Monroe, NC (near Charlotte). Parents are health-tested and cleared, and both live here with us. If you’re looking for a doodle pup that combines the loyalty and intelligence of the Giant Schnauzer, with the fun and sociable personality of the Poodle, send us a message!

This is what a scam page looks like—a very generically-named page, with no reviews and very little information, usually created very recently, that comes into an established group and comments on every single thread, tagging everyone they can. Never contact these people, or give them any of your information! Unfortunately,they’re everywhere.😕 I try to keep an eye out here, and block them as soon as I see them, but sometimes they slip past, like this guy did this morning. Comments are deleted now, but thought this was a good opportunity to share a few tips on identifying these kinds of scams, since they’re rampant here on FB. Stay aware!

Meet Rex! This sweet guy is ready to go home now. He is up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, and has a clean bill of health from our vet. He is crate-trained and juuust about house-trained as well! For us, the biggest honor is to see our puppies so well-loved, that families come back for another pup. It has been so wonderful to work with the Fontaine family again, who has Greta from our first litter, to help them bring home Harvey, from this current litter! Also glad that Harvey will be able to grow up with not only big sister Greta, but also his brother Rocky, who will be living nearby with another member of the Fontaine family!❤️
