Please make a point to keep your pets safe and as comfortable as possible this weekend.

**We are open today and tomorrow if you need to pick up meds to help with fireworks anxiety**

Fireworks, picnics and other Fourth of July traditions can be great fun for people. But all of the festivities can be frightening and even dangerous for animals. Noisy fireworks and other celebrations can startle animals and cause them to run away; holiday foods can be unhealthy; summer heat and travel can be dangerous; and potentially dangerous debris can end up lying on the ground where animals can eat or play with it.

Whether or not you're planning your own Independence Day celebration, it's important to take precautions to keep animals safe both during and after Fourth of July festivities.

- Make sure your pet has identification on their collar or microchip
- take current pictures of your pets
- secure your fencing
- bring anxious pets inside just before dark

‼️Important Reminders‼️

As we approach the 2026 boarding season, please ensure you have a current veterinary record on file for your pet.

🛑If your pet is already booked with me, it is essential to provide an updated copy of their vet record, including proof of yearly vaccinations and parvo and kennel cough prevention, at the time of drop-off.
Please obtain a printed copy from your veterinarian's office.
🛑Failure to provide the necessary documentation will result in me being unable to accommodate your pet. I prioritize the health and safety of all animals in my care.

🛑Additionally, please note my drop-off and pick-up hours are between 8am and 5pm. If these hours conflict with your schedule, kindly notify me as soon as possible, as my availability varies due to external commitments (ex. Mannys sports schedule and appointments )

🛑If cancellations are necessary, I require 24 hours' notice to allow me to offer the spot to another pet on our waiting list.

I look forward to seeing you all this year!! Got lots of fun planned!!!
