Empowered hands = Happier horses. 👏✨ My "Learn to Massage Your Horse" clinic! 🐴✨ produced some major changes in horses and their owners! Notice how Kim Ibarra from Ruby Ranch Mental Health, provides loving care to one of their therapy horses, Ruby.

I am incredibly proud of these women for stepping up and mastering the art of the healing touch. Seeing them connect with their horses and learn to release deep muscular tension is exactly why I do what I do.

Did you know that a horse’s tendons only have about 10% natural elasticity? 🐴💥

The other 90% of that safety net has to come from the associated muscle. When those muscles—especially in the shoulders and forelegs—get tight, the tendons take the brunt of the power and weight. This makes the digital flexor tendons the most common site for debilitating breakdowns.

The moment of greatest risk? Right when your horse rolls forward on the hoof and the flexor muscles engage.
