Harvest season is officially here! The calendula is blooming early this year, and these vibrant gold petals are already making their way from the garden into the apothecary.

There is a reason this "sunshine herb" is a staple in so many of my formulas. Its natural ability to support skin regeneration and soothe inflammation makes it the perfect foundation for equine and rider care.

This fresh harvest is headed straight into our next batches of:

* Hoof & Hand Butter: Deeply moisturizing for hardworking hands and dry, cracked coronet bands.
* Wound Care Salve: A gentle, potent go-to for scrapes, rashes, and minor irritations.
* Cleaning Spray: Utilizing the natural antimicrobial properties of the plant for a clean, botanical finish.
* Topical Care Liniments: Formulated to support the skin's natural barrier.

When we grow and harvest our own ingredients right here on the farm, we know exactly what goes into every jar and bottle. Fresh, potent, and truly sensible.

Keep an eye on the Sensible Cowgirl online store https://www.sensiblecowgirl.com for the latest restocks of these harvest-fresh favorites!

Empowered hands = Happier horses. 👏✨ My "Learn to Massage Your Horse" clinic! 🐴✨ produced some major changes in horses and their owners! Notice how Kim Ibarra from Ruby Ranch Mental Health, provides loving care to one of their therapy horses, Ruby.

I am incredibly proud of these women for stepping up and mastering the art of the healing touch. Seeing them connect with their horses and learn to release deep muscular tension is exactly why I do what I do.

When we listen with our hands, we change the conversation with our horses.

Missed the clinic? You can still jump in on the journey by joining our next clinic in May. https://www.sensiblecowgirl.com/event-list
