🐾💗 BABY MAVEY UPDATE❤️🩹🐾
💪OUR LITTLE FIGHTER IS FIGHTING BACK! 💗
Y'all, this tiny boy continues to AMAZE us! 🥹❤️
Despite the unimaginable cruelty he has endured in his short 6–8 weeks of life, Mavey is proving that his fighting spirit is MUCH bigger than his little body and the COWARD who left him to suffer!
🐾 HE IS STANDING UP TODAY!
🐾 His eyes are OPEN!
🐾 He is eating from a syringe
🐾 He is POTTYING! Both independently and with assistance!
🐾 HE IS HISSING AND BRISTLING HIS TAIL! He has all the attitude! 😂
🐾 HE IS MOVING forward! Using those back legs to launch himself forward, FREE W***Y STYLE! 🤣
THIS BOY HAS PLACES TO GO AND THINGS TO DO!
Unfortunately, his little brain hasn't quite figured out how to tell his body WHERE to go or HOW to get there, and holy moly does that make him MAD!
He went to his first spay & neuter clinic day at Friends of Butler County Animals low cost clinic where he met the amazing staff and got some much needed cuddles from our sweet friend and fellow rescuer Miranda Sebastian who we love so much!
❤️ HERE'S WHAT BREAKS OUR HEARTS...
At just 6–8 weeks old, Mavey should be playing, exploring, and learning how to be a kitten.
Instead, someone STUFFED HIM INTO A PLASTIC BAG, TIED IT SHUT, AND LEFT HIM TO SLOWLY SUFFOCATE.
A tiny, defenseless baby left to suffer at the hands of a heartless COWARD.
💔 MAVEY DIDN'T GIVE UP & NEITHER WILL WE!
We don't know what his neurological recovery will look like or what challenges his future may hold.
But we dream of the day when Mavey can live a somewhat "normal" kitty life, with a little extra wabi-sabi sprinkled in! 💗
Because DIFFERENT DOES NOT MEAN LESS DESERVING!

Maybe you were nearby. Maybe you saw something, heard something, or noticed something unusual without realizing its importance.
ONE SMALL MEMORY COULD BE THE MISSING PIECE THAT HELPS US GET JUSTICE FOR MAVEY!
He didn't ask to be born. He didn't ask to be tortured. And he certainly didn't deserve to be discarded like garbage.
HIS LIFE MATTERS. HIS SUFFERING MATTERS. AND HE DESERVES JUSTICE!
