Located in Cedarburg, WI, Microcosm is a small, locally-owned business dedicated to growing fresh, nutrient-dense microgreens indoors using organic practices and vertical farming techniques. Owned and operated by Kristen Mecerod and Jeff Dye, Microcosm was born from a shared passion for healthy food, sustainable agriculture, and supporting our local community.
We are proud to carry forward the legacy of Cindy Dancer of Cindy’s Microgreens, who personally mentored and trained us in the art and science of microgreen farming. After working closely with Cindy last year, we are honored to continue providing the same high-quality, nutrient-packed greens our community has come to know and love.
Our microgreens can currently be found at Twisted Willow in Port Washington, WI, whose chefs' value the flavor, freshness, and nutritional punch our greens bring to every dish.
