We’re honored to be among the Central Texas organizations receiving support through the Texas Veterans Commission’s Funds for Veterans’ Assistance grant program.

This funding will help us continue connecting veterans with professionally trained service dogs and supporting each team as they build a successful partnership. We’re grateful for this investment in our mission and proud to stand alongside so many organizations serving veterans throughout our community.

We look forward to putting this support to work for Central Texas veterans and their families.

Eight weeks old. Already better at grocery shopping than most of us.

This is Cleo, and this is what early socialization looks like. New floors, new sounds, new people, all in tiny confidence building doses.

His puppy raiser Amarilis volunteers her time to take him everywhere. That's how future service dogs are made, one ordinary outing at a time. Thank you, Amarilis.

Apparently, puppies only have two settings: full speed and completely out. 😂

One minute they’re climbing over each other, investigating every toy and causing as much tiny chaos as possible. The next, they’re fast asleep in one big puppy pile.

Does your dog still crash this hard after a busy day?

Cole had a pretty big day of firsts. 🐾

A stop at the bait shop, some new sights and smells, and even a chance to meet a few farm animals along the way. For a young puppy, experiences like these are about so much more than just getting out of the house. They’re opportunities to explore the world, build confidence, and learn that new places, sounds, people, and animals are all part of everyday life.

Judging by that face at the bait shop, we’d say Cole was pretty happy with the adventure. 😊

One little outing at a time, he’s learning a whole lot about the world around him.

Happy National Beach Day from a few dogs who are pretty convinced that any water counts. ☀️💦🐾
Around here, a Texas beach day might look a little more like backyard splashing than sandy shores, and honestly, the dogs don’t seem to mind one bit.

Give them a little sunshine, some water, and their best buddies, and they’re in heaven. We hope your day has a little extra fun in it too, and maybe a happy wet dog or two.

Natasha and the puppies were all tucked in together, and it was just too sweet not to share. The puppies are growing fast, but clearly there’s still no better place to nap than right next to Mom.
