No-Show, Late Drop-Off & Late Pick-Up Policy
๐พ We have been very lenient with ๏ฟผlate pick ups and no shows. Unfortunately with our schedules now booking mid August we really need to make sure every dog is getting dropped off, picked up on time or if you need to cancel giving us 24 hours notice.

Appointment No-Shows
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, a 50% no-show fee will be required before booking any future appointments. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment or may result in being unable to schedule future appointments.
โฐ Late Drop-Off
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please call or text us as soon as possible.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or may result in a shortened groom, depending on our schedule and your dogโs needs.
We do our best to accommodate unexpected delays, but late arrivals can affect the rest of the dayโs appointments and may limit the services we are able to provide.
โฐ Late Pick-Up
Please pick up your dog within 30 minutes of being notified that grooming is complete.
A late pick-up fee of $15 will be charged after the first 30 minutes, with an additional $15 for every 30 minutes thereafter.
Our grooming salon is not a huge facility, and timely pick-up helps us provide the best care for every pet and stay on schedule for all of our clients.
