This weekend I had the pleasure of spending time with Samson! He is the sweetest, most calm dog around who wants you near him or he probably won’t eat his food. He loves his walks, is fantastic on the leash and I’m excited to spend more time with him later this month!

Taking care of Fuzzy this past week was so much fun!

I’ll be honest, I was more terrified of her bite (her owner said it HURTS) than I have been of any dog! 😆. Thankfully, I didn’t experience it at all and she allowed me to pet her and pick her up a few times! I love having the opportunity to care for more than just dogs and cats! 😍🥰

Meet Maggie and Cricket!

There was something incredibly humbling about being asked to pet sit for a fellow pet sitter this past weekend.
We spend our days caring for other people’s animals, and we know better than anyone how much trust it takes to leave your own babies in someone else’s hands. So when another sitter chooses me to care for their pets, I don’t take that trust for granted for a second.
I know the questions that run through our minds when we’re away. Are they okay? Did they eat? Are they getting enough attention? Do they miss me? And I know how important it is to have someone who truly understands that these aren’t “just pets.” They’re family. ❤️
Being able to give another pet sitter that same peace of mind that I try to give my own clients is such an honour.
I’m incredibly grateful for the friendships and connections I’ve made in this pet-sitting community. We support each other, help each other when schedules get crazy, and trust each other with the most important members of our families.
To be trusted by someone who does exactly what I do… that means more than you know. 🥹🐾

I thoroughly enjoyed loving on this sweet senior kitty, Ms Ellie over the last week+. She talks a lot and demands attention (also loves to lick your ears 😆).

The extra bonus with this job was I also had the opportunity to care for their chickens each day! Collecting eggs (that I was told to keep), cleaning the coop, ensuring food and water were good! I will miss visiting this house now that they’ve returned from vacation! 🥰
