Doug got to be one of our very first taste testers for our NEW Pumpkin Oat Squares, and we’d say he was pretty pleased with his special treat! 🎃🐶

I need to take a minute to brag on the two women who keep Unleashed running, growing, changing, and somehow surviving all of the ideas that come flying out of my brain. 😂

Ali — our decorator extraordinaire. 🐾
So many of the beautiful treats you see in our cases start with her hands. She takes an idea and turns it into something adorable, and she cares about every little detail. She has jumped into new products, new ideas, busy days, and all of the “Hey, what if we tried THIS?” moments with so much care and creativity.

And then there’s Caitlin — the brains behind my chaos and our Lead Operational Chaos Coordinator. 😂
Labels, displays, printing, organization, inventory, projects, problem-solving, approximately 472 things I forgot about, and whatever new idea I dreamed up over lunch… somehow she helps turn the chaos into an actual functioning business. She is the gears!

The truth is, Unleashed would not be what it is today without these two.🥹

This little business keeps growing. We keep raising the bar, trying new things, changing things that were already good because we discovered a way to make them even better, and asking ourselves, “Okay… what’s next?”

And these two have been right there doing the work.

When you walk into Unleashed and notice the treats, the displays, the little details, the new products, or simply that the doors are open and everything is running while I’m at school teaching children — you are seeing their work.

They care about this place. They care about our customers. They care about your dogs. And they have taken ownership of pieces of Unleashed in a way that I will never take for granted.

So tonight, I just want to publicly say:

Ali and Caitlin, thank you!!!🥰

Thank you for keeping up with me. Thank you for caring enough to have ideas of your own. Thank you for problem-solving without waiting for me. Thank you for helping me raise the bar over and over again.

Unleashed is growing because a whole lot of heart goes into this little store.
