Go Boe Go!!
We love seeing owners getting back to enjoying life with their dog(s).

Boe came for a board & train because he was struggling with dog reactivity when on leash. We helped his owners get a jumpstart on Boe feeling more relaxed around dogs and look at him now. Great job team Boe!!!

Bagoose attended our 3 week boarding program. He had a hard time with impulse control and follow-through. His owners wanted to address his pushy behavior with the other dog in the home, manners around people, and a reliable come when called.

Nia is a sweet girl who struggles with selective hearing and pushy behavior.

Her owners reached out after her behavior on leash caused a family member to get hurt. Nia is with us to learn leash manners. How to ignore reactivity triggers. Along with better follow-through with basic obedience commands.

This sweet guy is with the Canine Training Co. because he's a little too pushy with the older dog in the home. He also struggles with common sense around horses.

Hazel has decided she needs to be the fun police and is starting fights with the other dogs in the home. Her reactivity stems from her being a deeply insecure dog. Hazel is here to work on structured obedience so her owners can redirect her before she becomes overstimualted.

Skip the sit/stays and place command.

Stopping a dog from bolting out the door is very doable with consistent training that combines positive reinforcement and spatial pressure (using your body position to communicate boundaries).

Reward distance from the door. If they charge past reset and try again. The more reinforcement they get from keeping space, the less valuable pushy behavior at the door becomes.
