Here, at Milk and Honey, we have pure Celadon Quail, and mixed Coturnix Quail. What does that mean? It means that our Coturnix Quail will have that beautiful speckled pattern that we love so much, and the inside of the shell will be blue. It also means that, occasionally, we get these gorgeous, heavy bloomed, purple/gray eggs! πŸ’œπŸ©΅πŸ€ŽπŸ˜

We are altering our quail setup at this time and don’t have any hatching eggs available, but stay tuned for chicks! 🐣

CAPACITY REACHED! THANK YOU ALL!

ROOSTER REAPER ROUND UP

DON'T PAY TO GET RID OF YOUR ROOSTERS!
GET PAID TO GIVE THEM TO ME!

Saturday, June 28TH, 2025

4:00 TO 6:00PM
OR UNTIL CAPACITY IS REACHED

Bring your birds to the Wal-Mart on Missouri Flat in Placerville to turn them in for a $5 bounty!

Bounty will only be paid on rooster nine months and older, EXCLUDING bantam roosters of any kind. I will accept younger roosters and bantam roosters, but cannot pay the bounty on small fries. NO ROOSTER IS TOO OLD!

I also accept ducks, guineas, old hens, etc. If you have a bird you think I'd be interested in, but feel like it's worth more than $5 (turkeys, peafowl, etc.) drop me a line and let's haggle.

Message me if you have non poultry livestock you want off your property and out of your hair, such as rabbits, goats, pigs, sheep, etc.

ALL BIRDS are going to Camp Kenmore unless they p**p gold or I find them otherwise particularly interesting, so please be aware your bird WILL LIKELY BE EATEN.

Birds are dispatched humanely and are used to feed my family and community as well as to teach pay-what-you-can classes for those looking to learn how to process their own birds. We also process materials from donated animals such as furs and feathers to donate to worthy causes, as detailed in the pinned post on the Rooster Reaper page.

Pick up is negotiable for a large number of birds or large fowl such as peafowl or turkey.

Look for the bright orange and red crates in the back of the lot near Panda Express!

I look forward to seeing you all!
