A LOT goes into a little jar of microgreen powder 🌱

First, you have to grow all those tiny, nutrient-dense greens. Then comes the tedious part: harvesting, carefully dehydrating, and grinding them down into a fine powder. By the end, a whole lot of fresh greens becomes a surprisingly small amount of shelf-stable goodness.

It’s definitely a process, but I love the idea of giving these greens a longer life. Sprinkle them into smoothies, soups, sauces, dressings, or whatever needs a little green boost. 🌿

Tiny greens. Big process. Even bigger concentration. 💚

My life is surrounded by things I create, grow, and cultivate. And I couldn’t be more in love with that thought.

These pictured are nutrient dense microgreens! Broccoli to be specific. Broccoli microgreens are a huge customer favorite around here and I can completely understand why. They are filled will nutrients, vitamins, and antioxidants, including sulforaphane!

They are great for help with detoxification, cellular health, reducing insulin resistance, reducing inflammation, and so much more. Honestly the benefits are endlesss.

If you haven’t started incorporating microgreens into your meals, it might be the time to try them out. Not only are they healthy but they are tasty and add a great crunchy texture to your meals!

You are looking at four different sourdough starters.

Looks like a little fermented dusty rainbow of cultures, and that’s because they’ve been dehydrated. Some are a couple years old, some are hundreds of years old.

Different lineages and flour varieties have always interested me in the realm of sourdough. To be honest though, I tell all my customers the same thing, as long as it’s a healthy cared for starter, it will leaven amazing bread.

But I sure do enjoy the variety myself as I know a lot of my customers do as well! It’s fun to experiment with new things that challenge our skill set and our pallet at the same time!
