🚨LOCAL SAFETY ALERT - Madison, Oneida, and Onondaga counties🚨

Hi everyone, I wanted to share a recall that might affect some of our local pups - Madison, Oneida, and Onondaga counties are specifically mentioned as being affected.

Fromm Family Foods has recalled two specific wet dog foods after receiving customer complaints of metal found inside cans. The details of the recalled foods are in the linked article; I will let you check it out there in case more products are added so the info you get is accurate if it’s updated.

Fromm dog food is sold in some local pet stores. If you know someone who feeds this brand, please share this information with them to help keep our community's pets safe! 🐾❤️

I wasn’t actually planning to enter her, but they kept asking, so we gave it a shot! We’ve only had a few training sessions together, and Daphne is still very much working toward her goals. But for her to take those skills into a completely new and distracting environment - with a crowd, other dogs, and a stage - and perform well enough to take second place is pretty impressive! 👏🐾

A long line gives your dog more opportunities to explore safely.

It’s especially helpful if:

🐾 Your dog is in training and isn’t ready to be off-leash
🐾 Your dog tends to wander or ignore you when distracted (hello, my Great Pyrenees! 😉)
🐾 Your dog is reactive and needs a safe way for you to help them if they get triggered
🐾 You want to give your dog a chance to sniff, explore, and decompress outdoors

Think of a long line as the bridge between “I need to keep my dog on leash” and “my dog is ready to be off-leash.”

Your dog gets room to be a dog. You still have a way to keep them safe. 💛
