Ok everyone I’m having a crisis….

I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed, my focus is lavender and as a result extended black. But I LOVE mottled as well, but won’t be actively working on them for a few years in earnest.

So here is my delema, do I get rid of any mauve, chocolate and blue mottled and keep a pen of just black mottled? Or do I just toss them all in together and call it a mottled fun pen until I have the time and space to seperate?

Would you still be interested in purchasing hatching eggs from a mixed mottled pen? Or grow outs that I’m unsure of split genetics?

I love all the mottled colors but black is my favorite, so I’m just unsure how to proceed and not be stuck with eggs and chicks I may not need.

Give me your advice please 🙏
