Homemade Baked Salmon Training Bites for dogs with Tender Flaky Texture
Ingredients:
* 2 lb (900 g) salmon fillets (boneless, skin removed, cooked and flaked)
* 2 large eggs (lightly beaten)
* 1 cup (90 g) oat flour (finely ground)
* 1/4 cup (60 ml) low-sodium fish-free bone broth (unsalted)
* 1 tbsp (15 ml) parsley (finely chopped)

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line an 8-inch (20 cm) square baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Cook the salmon thoroughly, allow it to cool, and carefully remove all bones.
3. Flake the salmon into small pieces and mix with eggs, oat flour, broth, and parsley.
4. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan to a thickness of about 1 inch (2.5 cm).
5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until set and lightly golden.
6. Cool completely, then cut into small rectangular chunks resembling the pieces shown in the image.
7. Refrigerate before serving for a firmer texture.
Storage:
Store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days in an airtight container. Freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before serving.
