We just wrapped our annual Hospital Leadership Meeting, and we're still reeling from two incredible days together. ✨

HLM is the one time each year when ALL of our hospital leaders and support team gather in one place to learn, get inspired, celebrate the great work happening across our hospitals, look ahead to the future, and simply enjoy time together.

This year, we:
🐾 Rolled out our refreshed Mission, Vision, and Values
🐾 Worked hand-in-hand as Clinical and Operations leaders
🐾 Dove into real-life scenarios to tackle big challenges together
🐾 Celebrate leaders making significant impact across the organization

Another great spotlight for Dr. Karen Halligan of Marina Veterinary Hospital, who recently joined CBS Los Angeles to talk about a serious summer risk for pets: heat stroke.

Dr. Halligan shared the warning signs pet parents should watch for, which dogs may be at greater risk, and simple precautions that can help keep pets safe when temperatures and humidity climb.

We’re proud to see Dr. Halligan using her expertise to educate pet families and help prevent emergencies before they happen.
