Yup!! JUST as we adopted out three fixed buns late last month and paid for three more to get fixed, there are FOUR more rabbits and also FOUR stray kittens in our rescue! 😫🫠
BUT we are negative $164 in our rescue account( thanks care credit payment I forgot about) and I am almost completely out of kitten supplies! Along with no veggies for the buns, who might I mention again-all need to be fixed?!

HAY! Lookee here!
Today our favorite superhero doctor came and personally picked up Aimee for her spay( sponsored already!) and in two weeks Patti will be spayed. ( A 6 year old human boy lovingly named them)
We have FOUR MORE rabbit spays and neuters after that! Along with two boy kittens.
Along with needing vaccines for everyone!
Along with an outstanding vet bill 🤦🏼‍♀️
AND we desperately need tractor supply pelleted litter as we are OUT!

Remember this little baby? Well here is a little Annabelle photoshoot for our monthly cat/rabbit litter fundraiser! We use approximately 15 bags of pelleted litter from tractor supply and lots more clay litter per month!! The pelleted litter is not on our wish list, we have to pick it up or have it shipped from Tractor Supply.

Welcome to the rescue to these former shelter babies who needed some extra TLC!
Salty- A stunning salt,pepper, and brown sugar colored Rex with soft plush fur and a little attitude! Needs spay sponsor ($250)

Basil- a sweet little senior looking Dutch boy who came in with Sage and Dilly! These three boys were presumably outside hutch boys who are dealing with injuries from fighting each other and some possible fur rot or mites. 🤦🏼‍♀️💸👩‍⚕️Needs neuter sponsor ($150)

Sage- cutsie little single mane lion head, the most docile of the bunch and the one who sustained many bites from his bros. I am guessing no one got the memo about intact males! 💸💸💸😭

Into desperation and begging!!! That’s where we are at!! This by the way is not an Ai picture and I made the post myself but I did it in that style since it is supposed to grab more attention with all the emojis and stuff. WELL! Sadly that doesn’t seem to be working either over here 🤣 I wish I could just be noticed for what I do in the community for the animals instead of feeling like the odd man out of the popularity contest that rescue seems to have turned into 😢

🚨 I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP. 🚨

I’ve spent most of my life helping animals, through single parenthood, financial struggles, chaos, loss, and plenty of times when I probably should have stepped back. Somehow, I’ve always found a way to keep going.

But right now, Steph’s Pet Rescue is in danger of having to close its doors.

I’m dealing with major life changes while also carrying over $1,000 in veterinary debt, plus the constant cost of food, litter, hay, medications and supplies.

I don’t want my personal circumstances to be the reason I stop helping animals. But I can’t keep carrying all of this alone.
