Now that we’ve had some time to catch up on some much-needed rest, we’d like to congratulate the winners of the Shannon Wippert Memorial 660 Race!

When we decided to go public with our business and start getting our name out there with our horses and future breeding program, the goal wasn’t to draw attention to what we do but to use what we’re blessed to have as a platform to give God the glory. Without Him, we wouldn’t have any of this. We’ve been blessed to own great horses and show them off. We’ve had many more downs than ups, but God has continued to be great to us. This is just a hobby for us; we don’t need to horse race, and we don’t do it for money – we love to compete, and we still will. But our boss, Wren Amaya Faye, has said, “Daddy, I think I want to barrel race now!” And our trainer, Harold “Grandpa,” said, “Well, my girl has changed things up.” So, although we’ll continue to horse race and are in the early stages of our breeding program, we’ll multitask rodeo and racing this summer. How? We haven’t figured that out quite yet, but our goal, God willing, is to bring some of the best performance Quarter Horses on the Blackfeet Reservation in both horse racing and rodeo. So here’s an update on what we got going on. And stay tuned! And God Bless!!

As I mentioned, stay tuned for news! Shannon Wippert’s Memorial Race will now be run on July 11 in Browning, Montana During North American Indian Days! We are blessed and excited to bring this race to where Shannon’s career started in his hometown. So bring your fastest Quarter Horse or Thoroughbred and let’s put on a great race for this great man!

Great Falls' decision to cancel their races for the season is extremely disappointing for us. Not only were we excited to represent the Legacy Of Shannon Wippert, but we also, as a business, were excited to run our horses there! But that's okay. As Christians, we know that the plans we establish aren't always what the Lord has planned for us, and that's okay! Stay tuned because we aren't done yet news to come! And In the month of June, our stud c**t Rocky Returns will represent the Blackfeet Nation in the Adequan Derby Challenge in Edmonton, AB, for a chance to go to New Mexico and run. Whether we win or lose, we know God is good and we are blessed!
