Seeing the horse you bred and raised, put blood, sweat, and tears into finally start turning into what you envisioned is the greatest feeling.

Watching a horse go from watchy and anxious, to confidence and relaxed is one of my favorite things when it comes to training horses.

“Every time someone talks s**t about you, they are advertising you for free.
And when people go look, they’ll see the difference.
Real versus fake.
Who is working, versus making excuses.
They'll see who's busy getting the results, versus who is just busy running their mouth.”

Slowly working on the stop with my two year old. It’s not perfect, but it’s the try that matters.

Client horses Lance (gray) and Flicka (bay)!

Lance was adopted by his owner and, unfortunately, she was misled about his training. We are currently working on building up his confidence more under saddle so she can feel safe riding him around her neighborhood.

Flicka is a cute little Arabian mare who I’m just doing groundwork with, and maybe some saddle time! She’s her owners go to horse and her owner just wants to make sure she remembers her ground manners.

Keeping the colts looking good.

When I’m asking for a horse to start learning the spin, I want it slow and correct. Not fast and sloppy. You have to go slow to go fast.
