With everything going on after the hurricane, we currently have our goats and donkeys secured in the front yard to keep them safe until we get our fences fixed.

For everyone’s safety, PLEASE make sure your pets are secured with a collar(not loose, please make sure the collar is properly on your dog) and leash when you arrive. If your pet is small enough to be safely carried, please keep them in your arms or inside your vehicle until I come out to get them. I don’t want anything to happen to my babies or yours. I’ll meet you at your vehicle to get your fur babies! I’ll be reaching out and responding to the rest of my messages tomorrow, if you don’t hear from me, please message me again!

Mother Nature really said “everybody gets a day off!”

Due to the hurricane, we are CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE because we currently have no power and no water, as most.

Now, if y’all don’t mind me washing your babies down at the creek and blow-drying them beside a generator, we might could make something happen!

✨ NEW HOURS AT APOLLO’S PALACE ✨

I wanted to give everyone a little update on my new grooming hours!

My regular appointment hours will now be Monday–Friday from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM, and I will also be open the 1st & 3rd Sunday of each month from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM. Saturdays will be closed.

I know an 11:00 AM–2:00 PM drop-off time may not work with everyone’s work schedule, so I’m happy to offer an early drop-off option between 7:00–7:30 AM for scheduled appointments. Please keep in mind that after early drop-off, I will be leaving and will not be back home until around 10:30–10:45 AM to begin my 11:00 appointments. Your pup will be safely settled in while I’m away!

Because I will not be home before then, I kindly ask that if you are not using the 7:00–7:30 AM early drop-off option, please do not arrive before your scheduled appointment time. I want to make sure no one is left waiting or arrives expecting me to be available when I’m not home.

Early drop-offs must be arranged with me ahead of time so I know to expect you.

When you arrive for drop-off or pick-up, please send me a message and give me a call to let me know you’re here. I will come outside and meet you to get your pet or bring them back out to you. 🐾 This will help make drop-offs and pick-ups as easy and smooth as possible!

I also kindly ask that pets are picked up within 30 minutes of being notified that they are ready, unless we have discussed and arranged otherwise ahead of time. This helps me keep everything running smoothly and ensures I have space for each of my scheduled pups throughout the day.

Thank y’all so much for understanding and working with me as I transition into my new schedule. I appreciate every single one of my clients and love getting to take care of your babies!
