Update: funeral cost was covered 🙏

This post is hard to write….

On June 18, our sweet Latte was killed after a dog forced its way into Too Cute Kitten Rescue. I’ve replayed those moments over and over, and I still can’t get her cries out of my head.

Latte wasn’t just a cat. She was a rescue, a survivor, and a soul who deserved to feel safe.

Animal Control has been informed and a report is being made. The dog’s owner, Sergio Puerta, who lives off Willard, was asked to cover Latte’s $150 cremation cost but has not done so.

If anyone would like to help us give Latte the goodbye she deserves, we would be deeply grateful.

💔 Cremation Cost: $150

Rest peacefully, sweet Latte. You were loved, and you mattered.

Please keep your dogs in your yards! This was totally preventable.

Early morning breakfast time. Clyde is thrilled he gets his own plate of food! Thank you to all those who donated food to our Kitty’s! 🙌

It’s been a while since we’ve asked… 🐾

I’ve been covering most costs out of pocket, but this month we could really use a little help.

Our biggest need is wet cat food…we have several kitties without teeth who rely on it to eat.

🥫 Wet food donations
📍 Drop-offs welcome
💛 Cash donations (tax-deductible, 501c3)

Every can makes a difference. Thank you for helping us care for them. 🐱💛

Small business shoutout 👏

I was embarrassed to have anyone in my car because of the cat smell. It was bad!!!
Empire Mobile Carwash & Detail came through and saved me.

Tony removed the odors, got the stains out, worked around my schedule, and respected my budget. Plus he took the time to explain how to maintain it properly.

If you’re local and need your car refreshed, don’t wait until you’re stressed about it like I was. Support small businesses. They make a difference. 🚗💙 Call Tony! He is awesome.
