Apollo gives the BEST smiles. 😂🦷🐾

Some dogs are photogenic… and then there’s Apollo, who believes every angle is his best angle. 🤣💛

10/10 personality. 100/10 teefers.

🎓🐾 𝗔 𝗛𝗨𝗚𝗘 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘆 & 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗻 (𝗖𝗚𝗖) 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁! 🥳

This one is extra special. 🥹

One of my favorite parts of being a dog trainer is watching a team grow, not just in their skills, but in their confidence in one another.

Courtney & Everest have worked incredibly hard to get where they are today, and I couldn’t be prouder of them!

But I think Courtney tells their story better than I ever could. 🤎

𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗮 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳:

“I was told Everest would never make it as a service dog. I pulled her from work due to having reactions at dogs. I lost hope. I quit training.

One day I asked about her to my amazing trainer Melissa. She evaluated Everest and told me she had so much potential. After being told she was a lost cause, the one person, my trainer, believed in us.

I put in the work for months around other dogs. I would go to work and train with Melissa in the same day. I put in the work and it shows so much.

Everest is more confident. I am more confident in her. Having Melissa as our trainer is what we need to grow as a team. Someone that completely believed in us as a team and pushed us out of our comfort zones.

Now Everest can work by a dog and focus on me and not care. If you’re looking for a trainer to give you confidence Melissa is your girl!!!”

🥹🤎 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦. 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗜 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗜 𝗱𝗼.

Courtney, YOU put in the work. You showed up, stayed consistent, and learned to trust both yourself and Everest again. I may have helped guide you, but you two earned every bit of this accomplishment.

And the best part? We’re not done yet! 🐾

Everybody say HELLO to Marco! 🐾💜

This handsome 6-month-old German Shepherd has joined us for Board & Train to learn how to be a civilized little gentleman and a little less… CRAZY! 🤪😂

So far, he’s not entirely sold on these new rules. Apparently, nobody told him there would be expectations! 🫣🤣

Welcome to JJK9, Marco! 💜🐾

Who else has a German Shepherd that thinks rules are optional?! 😂

Is it Wednesday? Yes.
Am I just now posting about Monday’s training? Also yes. 🫣😂

Better late than never, right?!

Hollie and Dorothy have been putting in the WORK! 🐾💜

We’ve been focusing on strengthening Hollie’s heel, handler engagement, and neutrality in busy public environments, and I’m loving the progress they’re making together!

One thing I always emphasize with service dog training is that the fancy tasks are only part of the picture. A reliable, confident working dog starts with strong foundations and a solid relationship with their handler.

And sometimes, the biggest progress comes from the smallest improvements. 🥰

Proud of this team and excited to keep building!

Pet portraits, family photos (because YES, the dog is family! 🐾), or just because you want an excuse to have a photoshoot with your dog. 🤭📸

Did you know I’m also the one behind the camera at Honey & June Photography?! 🐝🤎

I’m so excited to have another creative outlet that allows me to combine my lifelong love for photography with my passion for dogs!

Whether we’re working together on training or capturing those goofy faces, sweet moments, and personalities you love so much, I’m grateful to be a part of your dog’s journey in more ways than one. 🥹🫶🏼

I’d absolutely love your support as I grow this new adventure! Head over to Honey & June Photography, give the page a follow, and invite your friends and fellow dog lovers to do the same! 🐾🤎

Even if you’re not looking to book a session right now, every follow, like, comment, and share helps get my work in front of new faces and means more than you know!

And who knows? Maybe your pup will be the next one in front of my camera! 🤭📸🐝

My idea of a wild Friday night? Apparently sitting at home making little lesson cards for my clients. 😂🐾

I had an idea, some blank cards, a couple paw print stamps, and next thing you know… here we are. 🤣

Introducing our new Joyful Journey K9 Lesson Cards! 🥹

A little something special for my lesson package clients!

Each completed lesson gets a paw print and a date, giving clients a fun way to track their sessions and a little keepsake of the progress they’ve made with their dogs.

Are they fancy? Nope.
Are they handmade with love? Absolutely.
Did I have way too much fun making them? Also yes. 😂

It’s the little things, y’all. If you’re one of my lesson package clients, I can’t wait to start filling up these little cards with you and your pup! 🐾

🚨 APOLLO HAS AN ANNOUNCEMENT. 🚨

IT’S FRIIIIIII-YAYYYYY! 🤪🐾

No thoughts. No responsibilities. Just belly rubs, questionable life choices, and an unreasonable amount of happiness. 😂

Apollo would like to remind everyone that life is better when you spend a little more time upside down. 🙃

On a scale of 1 to Apollo… how ready are YOU for the weekend?! 👀🤣💜

10/16/2026

Woooo! What. A. DAY! 🤩🐾💜

FOUR training sessions knocked out today with a mix of new and returning clients!

Four different dogs, four different personalities, and four different training journeys. 🐕💪

I absolutely LOVE getting to work with such a variety of dogs and helping each team tackle their own unique goals!

Soooo… who wants to hear what each of these pups is working on?! 👀🐾

Because I have some training recaps to share with y’all! 💜

10/13/2026

These early morning trainings aren’t possible without a sweet treat. 😌

If you’re in New Philadelphia today stop by Lowe’s before 1pm & grab yourself a little pick me up from Olive Ridge Coffee Co 🐶🥰

The pumpkin oatmeal cream pie chai is delisssh.
