This guy used to be a cool blue, now he’s more of a warm hazel. It’s wild how their colors can change like little living artworks..I love it. Still my squishiest boy, just a little cozier now. Here’s a photo of him now compared to his little blue days 🤎➡️💙

A little about this color shift. It is completely normal in fawn/lighter varieties but more specifically grey (sometimes called “blue”) Cane Corsos.

Puppies are often born with a cool silver or slate-grey coat and bright blue eyes. As they grow, both their coat and eye color can change.

The coat may darken or warm up, and those blue eyes usually fade to hazel, amber, or light gold. This gradual change happens over the first year, just like with Giuseppe here.

This is a natural part of their development and one of the things that makes Cane Corsos unique. They truly are like living works of art that evolve over time.

✨Breeder Tip✨

If you are considering a grey puppy with blue eyes, please remember that these colors will almost always change as your dog matures. It’s important to focus on health,temperament, and structure rather than coat and eye color alone. Choosing a puppy based on color should always be the last consideration.

We just wrapped up a dual-sired breeding with two exceptional males, and now we wait..hoping to confirm pregnancy soon.

This isn’t a Pepe litter, but we’re just as excited and hopeful about what this special pairing could bring!

Each puppy will be DNA tested to confirm parentage once they arrive. More updates coming soon! We can’t wait to see what’s ahead! 🖤

Today’s ultrasound showed no puppies 🐶, and while it’s not the news we were hoping for, it’s a reminder that things don’t always go as planned. We’re so incredibly grateful for Willa’s health and happiness and that’s what matters most. With so much love and patience for my beautiful girl, we’ll try again next time.🐾💗✨
