Sophie has out done herself with her beautiful litter of English Creams. She had a large litter via an emergency
c section. She had some complications, she had one but could not deliver the rest on her own. This is only her second litter she has great genetics and good OFA’s dad also. But with all that she’s my baby and I won’t risk her health to try again so these littles will be her last. So after being up almost around the clock since Thursday momma and babies are doing good. They all got mommas milk and are being supplemental with some bottle feeding. This is the part as breeders we should talk more about. You can go years without any complications and then on the same day your husband has a heart procedure your dog has an emergency. So your heart is spilt and you have to leave one as soon as you just got home to rush the other one to the vet. Two days later you’re sitting on your couch together with a basket of puppies in the middle needing a bottle. That’s love ❤️ that’s our world. She’s had 13 beautiful puppies, my heart is broken we did loose her smallest female. Even around the clock care with a large litter puppies are so delicate as newborns. But she will never be forgotten.
