This handsome boy was all about hanging out, snacking (grazing), visiting the big mud pit, and walking around yesterday! ❤️🐖🧸
Today, I was greeted by snores, lol, not even "go away, I'm sleeping" complaints, just sweet, soft piggos snores ~~ it melted my heart!! While not as active today, it was such fun to see Vlad up and social yesterday!

While I promise these two are best friends, having known each other practically their whole lives (Licorice was not quite a month old when Kevin came to WPMPS at approx 3-4 days old), Kevin was not too thrilled with his bestie, coming in from a sudden rain shower: cold, wet, and determined to cuddle! Obviously, Licorice ignored his complaints. 😂🐷🍌🐶

When you give a piglet milk...

"No. It's mine now. You can't have your book 'til you get me more milk!! Seriously, it's my hostage. I'll trade you: book, milk. Mom.... I'm serious. You can't have it back until I see the milk!" (Kevin 🐷🍌)

Lol! Kevin got some milk this morning and decided he *needed* more -- and my book was his until I delivered the goods 😂📗🥛🍼🐷🍌 When he realized I was not about to negotiate with piggeloto-book-hostage-takers, grin, he resorted to cuddle-and-kiss bribe tactics (which are, honestly, usually a no-fail strategy on his part, grin).

Sweet Pete stays busy and while he believes my only job is to give him belly rubs and b***y scritches at his whim and demand, they are often lots of scattered sessions rather than long sessions.
Usually.
Today, belly rubs and b***y scritches are ALL Sweet Pete has wanted, lol! ALL day. Endless.
And I LOVE it!!!
But... I have a yurt and piggos houses to finish moving and reassembling....
So Sweet Pete and I are putting out a call for volunteers: you can come move and reassemble and winterize housing, and Sweet Pete and Mom will have a of belly rubs, b***y scritches and snuggles (with lots of treats and a couple of naps thrown in, of course!)!!! ❤️🐷🌺

🐖🧸🐖🎩Cleaned out Vlad & Winston's house this evening, raking out all the hard-work-softened-to-perfection straw, airing out the blankets, and putting in fresh straw and new blankets.
Vlad is NOT happy. 😢
He is crying.
Would not give me kisses.
And keeps trying to snoot his softened-to-perfection straw back into the house. 💔

Sometimes, mom-jobs suck when they make your piggos so unhappy. Sigh.
Hoping Vlad changes his mind during the night or by tomorrow... He did let me tuck him in under a few of his new blankets! 🤞🏻🐖🧸

"Good night, world!" (Winston George🐖🎩)

A happy boy after a visit from some of his favorite people: Winston's piggo-God parents (aka: Vlad's mom and dad, aka Manda Recluse & Alex Lynch )!!
I told Winston Manda & Alex were here and asked if he was going to come tell them hi. He gave me an, "okay, we have visitors, I'll come over in a bit.. what's the big deal?" reply, which I found off since Winston LoVeS Manda and Alex! Then Manda rounded the corner to give Winston a very special treat just for him: chocolate!, and his eyes got huge with happiness, and, running over to Manda for pets and love (and chocolate, lol), sent me a look saying: "Mom!! Vlad's mom and dad are here!! Why didn't you say so!!!!" Lol! I don't think he barely left their sides during their whole visit, soaking up his share of their love and attention (and treats... including a large portion of Alex's sweet tea, which, apparently, is now supposed to be on supply at the WPMPS tap 😉).
After they left, I found this sweet boy burrowed into his favorite blanket, the happiest, most satisfied smile on his face!! ❤️

THOINK you, Manda & Alex, for visiting! For loving all our piggos, for your special love for Vlad and Winston George, and for spoiling our piggos so much!! Looking forward to your next visit soon! ❤️🐖
