The Hilltop Standard: A Holistic Blueprint for the Modern Athlete
Hailing from the historic horse country of Virginia, Christina Rowley brings over 12 years of elite East Coast standards to the Treasure Valley. Her foundation is rooted in Classical Equitation and the Virginia Fox Hunting fields, a culture where bravery is non-negotiable and balance is the only safety.
Guided by the timeless works of Henry Wynmalen and Gregor de Romaszkan, Christina rejects "shortcut" methods. She focuses on the pure, anatomical correctness required to develop a horse that is light, supple, and truly on the aids.
The Body: Osteopathy & Biomechanics
A horse cannot be mentally available if they are physically restricted. Having studied Equine Osteopathy, Christina evaluates every horse through the lens of biomechanics. She identifies physical roots for resistance, ensuring every athlete is physiologically fit and free of discomfort before the work begins.
The Mind: Science-Based Psychology
Communication at Hilltop is built on clarity, not force. Using evidence-based Equine Psychology, Christina fosters mental availability and internal willingness. This produces "Independent Thinkers", partners that understand their job and participate with confidence.
The Fuel: Precision Nutrition:
A high-performance mind requires high-performance fuel. Christina integrates a deep understanding of Equine Nutrition to ensure every horse's metabolic needs are met. From gut health to muscle recovery, she manages the internal chemistry that powers the external movement.
Christina provides the on-site professional expertise South Boise has been waiting for. She brings the prestige of Virginia and the precision of the classical masters straight to your backyard in Kuna.
