Tri-County Animal Rescue is a 100% no kill, nonprofit 501(c)3 animal shelter based in Boca Raton, Florida. Our goal is to prevent the killing of over 170,000 unwanted pets in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties each year. Since 1996, we have saved over 100,000 domestic animals from being euthanized. We also work with several local organizations and the local school district to educate the community on animal awareness. At Tri-County Animal Rescue, we believe that every animal deserves to live a happy and healthy life. Our mission aims to shelter and provide a comfortable home for all of the animals that are placed in our facility. We consider each cat and dog a member of our family, loving and caring for them with the utmost respect and tenderness until we can place them in their safe, happy, forever home. Every day, we witness animals who were once in despair, stray, neglected, abused, malnourished, or unwanted—leaving our care as happy, healthy animals. To see them walk out of our doors as completely changed animals is a joy that is difficult to express.

Does it get any cuter than Tofu?! 🥹

Actually… YES. Because we also have Teriyaki and Maggie and we're starting to think our adoption floor has an unfair amount of cuteness right now.

Let's discuss. 👀

🤍 TOFU: Just turned 2. Looks like a stuffed animal that somehow came to life. Enjoys being brushed, making friends, and apparently staring at the stars. Yes, seriously. He's a romantic. We're not making this up. 🌙

🤎 TERIYAKI: Just turned 3. Has never met a person he didn't want to be friends with. Loves walks, toys, and physical affection. Personal space? He's never heard of it. And with that face, we're willing to overlook it.

🦋 MAGGIE: Just turned 3. Ten pounds of Chihuahua with a butterfly wardrobe! A little reserved when meeting strangers, but once you're in her inner circle, you're IN. She takes her friendships seriously. Her naps even more seriously. She loves other dogs.

Here's what we don't understand. How are three dogs this ridiculously adorable still available for adoption?

And before you say you don't need another dog… we're just going to leave these three photos right here. 😏

🚨🐾 NO, YOU'RE NOT SEEING QUADRUPLE… WAIT, YES YOU ARE! 😂🐕

Meet Brinkley, Cabot, Camden & Lola! FOUR adorable look-alikes, FOUR incredible survivors, and FOUR little hearts desperately waiting for their happily ever after!

These precious pups have been through the wringer. 💔 They were rescued from a house in Tennessee where they lived with 145 OTHER DOGS! With little to no human interaction, they never got the chance to learn what being someone's beloved pet feels like.

❤️ BUT HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!

These four LOVE other dogs! 🐶 They just need a little patience when meeting new people. Unfortunately, they don't always show their best selves behind their run doors. GET THEM OUT OF THEIR RUNS AND WATCH THE MAGIC HAPPEN! ✨

They have favorite staff members and volunteers they absolutely adore, proving that once you've earned their trust, you've earned their hearts. 🥹❤️

Now they just need someone to give them that same love in a HOME OF THEIR OWN and NO, they're NOT a package deal! They aren't bonded and can absolutely be adopted separately. We just couldn't resist showing off our four little twins… or quadruplets! 😂

🏡 FOUR DOGS. FOUR SECOND CHANCES. FOUR FOREVER HOMES NEEDED!

🦸‍♀️❤️ MOVE OVER, DEADPOOL… WE HAVE OUR OWN SUPERHERO IN THE HOUSE! ❤️🖤

Does this girl look JUST like Peggy from Deadpool & Wolverine or what?! 😂 SHE EVEN HAS THE OUTFIT TO MATCH!

Meet PEGGY, our 26-pound, tongue-wagging, butterfly-watching superhero! 🐾💥

Born September 25, 2022, Peggy is a sweet, affectionate Frenchie with a BIG personality and a tongue that apparently has no plans of staying inside her mouth! 👅😂

And YES… she's a HAIRLESS French Bulldog! Apparently, they make them that way now. Your guess is as good as ours as to WHY! 🤣

Peggy LOVES everyone she meets, lives for cuddles, and has the cutest little obsession. 🦋 Whenever she spots a butterfly on her walks, she stops in her tracks to watch it flutter by. How adorable is that?!

She's quirky, charismatic, ridiculously lovable, and completely one of a kind!

❤️ Because superheroes come in all shapes and sizes… and sometimes they're hairless, wear Deadpool costumes, and have their tongues hanging out! 😂

✨ Good Morning Martha Stewart and Taylor Swift , we found a gorgeous girl who knows she’s the main character! 💕🐱

Meet Bella, 8 years young, fabulous, fluffy and officially in her Forever Home Era! 💖

Bella just had a dental and a glamorous day at the hair salon (while getting her dental), so she’s feeling fresh, fabulous, and ready for her close-up! 💅✨

PLEASE don’t let that face fool you! 😂 That’s not attitude… that’s CONFIDENCE. Bella knows she’s beautiful, and frankly, she’s not wrong.

Underneath all that gorgeous hair and her serious little expression is the sweetest girl who just wants someone to love her forever. ❤️

She’s got the looks, the personality and the star power. All she’s missing is her happily ever after!

Can you help us find this little superstar her forever home? 🐾💕
