Iā€™m A General Flirt making a great run at the Breeders Challenge. We hit a barrel our first run for great money but happy this little fireball is working so good. I love our home raised horses ā¤ļø. Iā€™d keep them all if I could!

That beautiful smoky black Mr Kraft is picking up on is 4 year old ā€œLuckier Than Flitā€ aka Elvis. We all know Kraft can make anything look good, but we think Elvis is pretty cool too šŸ•¶ļø

Since weā€™ve just been lightly seasoning Strut, we went home after the 4th to keep the rest of our program moving. Last week we ventured back out to Kansas for a little run and managed to sneak in there at Abilene for a little $. In Phillipsburg we were more concerned about where the bucking horses were than the barrels, in Dodge we had to contend with some major mud in the morning (loped through) and some much better but slidey ground that night. Proud of Strut for hanging in there though with some less than perfect runs. Iā€™ll post some more details in the comments haha.

Strut just keeps proving to me heā€™s ready for some more rodeos! We placed at Pecos, despite the slip on second and me riding him a little too conservatively (if you havenā€™t been to Pecosā€¦the barrels are a mile off the fences šŸ˜…). So proud of him for handling things like a champ.

Strut placing at Cleburne last weekendā¤ļø. Only his 3rd outdoor run and he still managed to get in the money with our little detour on first. We have a lot more set ups and ground to figure out but weā€™re loving every minute of it. Pretty fun when Cort places at the same rodeo too!
