Broome County Dog Shelter is the contracted municipal shelter for stray dogs from Broome County towns that include City of Binghamton, Barker, Nanticoke, Conklin, Dickinson, Fenton/Port Crane, Kirkwood, Union and Windsor . οΏΌ The Shelter also accepts adoptable dogs and puppies from owners unable to keep them.
