🐾 24/7 CARE + 24/7 EYES 👀

When your dog is staying overnight at Latte’s Landing, they will never be alone in the building.

We will have staff onsite 24 hours a day, 7 days a week whenever dogs are in our overnight care. There is a big difference between having cameras overnight and actually having someone physically there—and for us, having both was important.

👀 24/7 Eyes Throughout the Facility

We’ll have 360° pan-and-tilt cameras in every hotel room, every room throughout our facility, and our outdoor areas, giving our team full visibility day and night.

Our cameras record 24/7, and we’ll have iPads throughout the facility so our staff can continuously monitor the dogs and different areas of the building no matter where they are.

🛏️ And sometimes care means a little extra comfort.

Our overnight staff will have queen beds in their overnight room so they can actually rest while remaining onsite. And if we have a dog who is struggling to settle, feeling nervous, or simply needs a little extra love, our staff can bring them in to stay close with them for the night. 💜

📸 Our camera system also allows us to save photos and video clips from throughout your dog’s stay—giving us another way to capture the little moments that happen when you’re not there.

For us, 24/7 care means more than someone being “on call.” It means someone is physically in the building. Cameras are recording. Our team has eyes on the dogs. And if your pup needs someone at 2 AM, someone is right there.

That’s the kind of overnight care we wanted for our own dogs, so that’s what we’re building at Latte’s Landing. 🐶💜

Another feature of Latte’s Landing that means a little more to us. 💜

Latte’s Landing was born because of a rescue dog named Latte — our owner’s first foster, best friend, and the dog who inspired so much of what this place has become.

So when we designed our facility, we knew rescue couldn’t just be something we talked about or donated to. It needed to have a place here.

We have a dedicated rescue room built specifically to house up to 6 rescue dogs at a time while they wait for their next chapter. 🐾

We’ll be working with 4–5 rescue organizations pulling from all over the US and continuing to help some incredible rescues in Texas pull dogs from high-kill shelters. Rescue has been part of the heart behind Latte’s Landing from the very beginning, and that isn’t going anywhere.

Sometimes these dogs just need somewhere safe to land. A warm room. A full belly. People to love them. And a little time until the right family finds them.

Starting back up in October, that will be part of what happens inside Latte’s Landing too.

We may offer daycare, boarding, grooming, and more — but rescue will always be at the heart of who we are.

After all, Latte is the reason we’re here. 💜🐾

Features Continued: A More Comfortable Stay

When your dog stays overnight with us, we want their boarding unit to feel like a comfortable place to settle in and rest — not just somewhere they’re put for the night. 💜

That’s why every medium/large boarding unit at Latte’s Landing will have a few extra features:

🌬️ Its own mini fan to provide additional air circulation and a gentle breeze.

💜 Soft, adjustable colored lighting so we can turn off the bright overhead lights and create a softer environment for settling down at night.

🎶 Sound machines throughout our boarding area to help soften outside noises and create consistent, soothing background sound.

🌙 And, of course, quiet time actually means quiet time. After a day of activity, enrichment and attention, dogs need the opportunity to decompress, sleep and recharge just like we do.

Some dogs sleep best in complete darkness. Some like a little light. Some love the hum of a fan or background noise. Every dog is different, and these are just a few more ways we can make their stay feel a little more comfortable.

Because boarding isn’t only about where your dog sleeps, it’s about how they feel while they’re away from home. 🐶💜

Built With Your Dog in Mind: Bathroom Spots

Over the next several days, we’re going to share some of the features we’ve added to Latte’s Landing and more importantly, why we chose them.

First up: our indoor bathroom spots! 💜

We know how much time and patience goes into teaching your dog that we go potty outside, not inside. So we wanted to keep that routine as familiar as possible while they’re with us.

Our daycare spaces will have designated bathroom areas with a grass-like surface, giving dogs a clear, consistent place to go instead of treating the entire playroom like a bathroom.
And because we live in New England… sometimes “outside” means pouring rain, freezing temperatures, or a full-on blizzard. 😂❄️

These give our dogs another option when getting everyone safely outside isn’t ideal.
The best part? These areas will be thoroughly pressure washed and sanitized every single night, with additional cleaning throughout the day as needed.
It’s a pretty simple feature, but it was important to us. We want the habits you work hard on at home to carry over as much as possible while your dog is here. 🐶💜

🐾 BOOKING & REGISTRATION ARE OFFICIALLY OPEN! 🐾

Latte’s Landing is officially accepting new clients, and families can now register their pups and begin booking through our online portal!

🐶 DOG DAYCARE — Starting September 21st

Our daycare is designed to be more than just an open room full of dogs. We focus on safe, structured and enriching play, with dogs appropriately grouped by size, temperament and play style. Our facility includes separate spaces for our littles and bigs, structured activities, rest periods and plenty of individual attention.

✂️ GROOMING — Accepting NEW Clients Starting September 22nd

Our grooming salon is home to the amazing Just Fur Paws, bringing years of professional grooming experience to Latte’s Landing! Existing Just Fur Paws clients will continue to be cared for, with appointments opening to new grooming clients beginning September 22nd.

🏨 DOG HOTEL — Starting October 5th

Going away? Your pup can have a vacation of their own! Our dog hotel provides a safe, comfortable place to stay with staff on-site overnight (24/7) plenty of attention, activity and care throughout their stay.

Safety is at the heart of everything we do. 💜

Our team receives training in Pet CPR & First Aid, dog body language, behavior recognition and group play management. Our facility carries first aid equipment, dog oxygen masks and tanks and partnerships with local and virtual 24/7 vet care providers. We also conduct Meet & Greet evaluations before daycare participation so we can get to know your dog and make sure we’re providing the safest and most appropriate environment for them.
