ISO occasional farm sitter/animal care in Berryville, Va. Dates needed are November 11 and 12 and November 25-28 but would also like someone who could fill in occasionally on other days. Horse side of things is 25 retired horses who all live outside. It involves 12 of those getting fed twice a day, checking for injuries and illness, checking water and possible blanket changes depending on weather for a few. It takes about 1.5hrs morning and night. Other animals include a dog, several barn cats and 3 pot bellied pigs. Would prefer someone who can spend the nights on the days listed above.

Must have experience with difficult/hot horses. Must know signs of common illness and injury. Must follow directions and keep the routine the same.

Roscoe seems pretty proud of himself. He decided he didn’t want to be a paint anymore.
