Millie was unfortunately returned and wasn’t working out after only one week w her adopters. I often tell families that it takes bunnies just as long to get comfortable in their new surroundings as new dogs or cats -but Millie is pretty set in her ways. She was listed as Spunky from day one. I also listed her as “older kids only” but now I’m officially listing her as NO KIDS NO DOGS house hold which is even harder to find 😩🤍🧡 A “return” has only happened twice in over 10 years of rescue but these things do happen. I only want what’s best for each critter AND the family! I try to educate and pick the bunny that I see working out the best but this time I took a chance and I was wrong. Millie NEEDS a quiet adult family. Loves cats. Hates dogs. SPUNKY might not be a good enough word because they didn’t believe me so I’ll say SPICY. She smacks the treat right out of your hand. She will fight the dust pan. She is 100% Litter trained. Doesn’t like being held. She loves to run, binky and is perfect free roam bunny potential. MUST BE AN ONLY BUNNY. She doesn’t like other bunnies and is protective of her space. She was thrown out once, now she’s been returned to the rescue. I need to find the perfect fit for this adorable feisty furball - can you help?

Thankful Thursday is here and I can’t even begin to put into words how excited I am to finally announce that PBS Western Reserve contacted me to document life at They will be airing a segment about the critters here. Can you believe it? On PBS ?!

📢Hey Facebook! The video of bandit is at 2.5 million views on Instagram. Apparently I will not see one Penny for my video going viral because Instagram does not pay. 🪠🚽

I assumed they did but apparently it’s only Facebook that sends me “meta” payouts and monetizes for being a “digital creator”… as you can see from the screenshot my page has received over 2 million views just this month as in 2 days! Not including bandits viral video… ‼️

I have less friends and followers on Instagram but it’s making waves…. Strangers that don’t even know me are commenting, sharing, reposting, tagging, and going crazy - so now I am coming to YOU FACEBOOK with a task on a random Wednesday…. Go like my posts! On fb -It’s free. Go comment, like it, share my event, tag a friend that would like to see a cute bunny! Go to my page and see what you haven’t ❤️ reacted to and just click a thumbs up! It actually makes a difference!
