Happy 1 week old!! These babies are getting cuter with each day!! So excited to watch them grow up these next two months. If you’re interested we’ll have these puppies on Good Dog soon.

The strawberry blond color of these puppies makes me think of summer time by the pool. Six puppies is no easy task for mama Maple but she’s managing well!!

Maple gave me quite the surprise today. After her welping, I left her alone to give her some space to bond with her puppies, and get some rest. (I too took a quick power nap) when I returned an hour later, I had to do a double take several times and count the puppies. THERE IS NOW A SiXTH ONE!! The vet said 4, maybe 5 puppies, she wasn’t sure, but not 6! She also gave us a due date for next week. There is never a certainty when it comes to puppies. There are now 5 boys and 1 girl with this litter.

Maple went into labor yesterday, and delivered 5 beautiful babies starting at 3:30 this morning. 4 boys and 1 girl.

One of my favorite parts of breeding is hearing how much the new families love their new addition to the family. Here is some feedback from one of our newest owners..
