Yesterday we were blessed with the opportunity to spend time at Pet Adoption League .This is Wilma and she's been there for a minute, due to her super shy nature. I have confidence that in someone's house she would blossom beautifully! You should go to their event this weekend and meet some of the really great dogs there!

I would like to introduce you guys to our new newbie groomer! You can expect to see her in our later hours appointmentsand weekends, which you can now schedule for!

Hi! My name is Liz, and I am passionate about animal health, welfare, and care. My journey in animal care began at Lawrence County CTC, where I completed studies in Veterinary Assisting and Pet Grooming, building a strong foundation in animal handling, health, safety, and grooming techniques.

I am currently continuing my education at PennWest University, where I am dual majoring in B.S. Biology (Pre-Veterinary) and Veterinary Technology with a minor in Chemistry. Through my academic studies and hands-on experience, I have developed a deeper understanding of animal anatomy, behavior, nutrition, and medical care, which I bring into every interaction with pets.

Professionally, I have worked as a Pet Bather at North Memorial Animal Hospital, where I gained experience bathing, brushing, drying, and handling dogs of all breeds and sizes while ensuring their comfort and safety. This role strengthened my attention to detail, patience, and commitment to creating a positive grooming experience for every pet.

I am excited to continue growing in the grooming field and look forward to helping pets look and feel their best. Whether it's a routine bath, a fresh groom, or extra TLC, I strive to provide compassionate, quality care for every furry client that comes my way. 🐾
