Summer availability update from Northern Paws ☀️🐾

House sitting and boarding through August are almost fully booked.

If you’re planning summer travel and may need pet care support, please reach out as soon as possible so we can try to get you on the schedule before remaining spots fill.

I’ve also brought on a carefully selected new employee for the summer season who is available for house sitting support. She shares the same calm, attentive, relationship-based approach to care that Northern Paws is known for, and I’ll continue overseeing schedules, routines, and care closely.

Spring walks are different. Dogs slow down more. Not because they’re tired. Because the snowmelt reveals months of scent layered beneath. Winter hides information. Spring brings it back. For dogs, the ground becomes a newspaper again. Walks take longer this time of year — and that’s exactly how they should.

As we move into the warmer months, May through September is already filling quickly, especially for boarding and house sitting. Northern Michigan summers tend to plan themselves early… and our calendar follows.

If you have travel on the horizon, we recommend reaching out sooner rather than later to reserve your dates.

Care here is intentionally limited so every client receives the level of attention they deserve.

It's back! It's time to register your cats and kittens (4 months and up) for Spay Neuter Impact Program, an affordable option to help reduce cat over population.

Thanks to our Guardian Angels The AC PAW Spay & Neuter Project, you only pay $60 for a Female Spay and $50 for a Male Neuter. Rabies vaccine included.‼️

Use the Appointments tab on www.PetWellMobileVet.com to request a surgery appointment. A copy of your Driver's License and $25 per cat deposit is necessary to confirm surgery appointment. Follow provided instructions to submit.

The exact location, surgery form and presurgical instructions will be emailed directly to confirmed surgeries.
