There isn’t a dog lover and owner on the planet that doesn’t feel this in their soul.. dogs in our twenties raise us more than we raised them🥹

🔥 it’s VERY likely central Arkansas will hit upwards of 107 degrees today, with heat index reaching 115+ degrees. Stay hydrated and 👏 get your pets inside!! 👏
If they need a cool place to stay to beat the heat, we will offer day boarding at half the price of our standard boarding rates! We have a 60x180 ft air conditioned building with 6ft x 8ft kennels for your babies to have plenty of room to chill out and relax! Spread the word to your neighbors if you see they have pets out in these conditions 🙏

We had some success at the Firewater Farms midweek double master at Duck Band Retrievers!
Master 1: 6/7
Master 2: 5/6
A big thank you to the club and workers and judges for making these tests run smooth and efficiently!

We are really proud of this pup! She came to us at 4 1/2 months old. She is now 9 months old and has come leaps and bounds with her training and drive to retrieve.

With these brutally hot days, it’s nice to be able to check in on the dogs and monitor them while we are away from the kennel. We are starting training at sunrise on these extra hot days and then the dogs have the rest of the day and overnight to relax and recover.
We have a few spots coming available next month. Let us know if we can help train your next duck dog or maybe just board while you’re away on vacation.
