Maple Grove Low Cost Vaccine Clinic Coming Up!
September 23rd from 12-3
No appointment needed!
This low cost vaccine clinic is open to the public however, due to the demand we are asking that those who plan to attend fill out a google form for each animal attending.
This is not required to attend but is much appreciated.
You will then be sent a link via e-mail to pre-pay for your vaccines to ensure we have enough supplies to accommodate everyone in a more timely manner.
You will not be guaranteed a spot without this form and payment complete.
Here is the sign up link:
https://docs.google.com/.../1m2QffFSd06QAhClJZUVI.../edit...
The line will start near the public works building.
Please follow our page for updated info as we get closer to the event.
Hope to see you there!

With the weekend coming up, figured I would share another avenue for in-home service for pet owners.

This is a common question that seems to be asked across bulletin boards over the weekend, figured I'd pass along a recommendation.

Info regarding pricing and services is available on their website.

Stop by with your pup (or cat 🤣, seriously no judgement, I'd be impressed!)and visit our booth tomorrow at the Excelsior Flea Market from 9-3!

I'll be offering nail trims for $15 and trim with dremel for $20. I'll have some other items out for sale as well.

If we get a good turn out, I'll consider doing this more often!

Spread the word! Hope to see you all there!

Apple is annoyed because she's itchy!

Why is she itchy? It's not because of fleas or risks but rather due to a pesky mosquito that made its way indoors.

"But that's not possible! She doesn't go outdoors, she's indoor only!" If I had a nickle for every time someone told me that phrase over my years in vet med, I could retire.

Mosquitos suck! Literally! This is just another reminder that even our indoor pets can benefit from heartworm prevention. You never know which mosquito bite will be the one to transmit a potentially lethal parasite to your pets. Do you want to risk it? I don't!

Revolution Plus is the product that I use on my kitties for topical flea, tick and heartworm prevention and is usually available through your vet.

Dogs have a few more options and some really good oral chews that offer combo protection as well!
