Not bedtime. Not “they’re in their room.”
Like… actually asleep 🤣

I feel like every family I work with is completely different. Some kids are out at 7:30 and some somehow get a second burst of energy at 9 pm and start asking for snacks, water, hugs, and 14 random questions 😂
